Voloridge Investment Management, LLC (“VIM”) has an ownership interest in VoLo Earth Ventures Management, LLC (“Volo Earth”), an unregistered investment manager to private equity/venture capital funds, as well as VoLo Earth Venture Partners I GP, LLC, which is the general partner of the VoLo Earth Ventures Impact Fund I LP. Volo Earth is a separate entity that operates independently from VIM.
